We recommend that you email us at email@example.com and let us know the reason for the return ie damaged or faulty and we will advise the best way to proceed.

You will receive a refund within 5 days of the goods arriving back to us if the item is damaged or faulty.
If the goods are damaged or defective then you must report this to us within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You can do this in writing via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless the goods are damaged we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on: Personal Gifts; Unsealed Toiletry Products, Reusable Face Masks or some items of Jewellery (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit we may require the goods to be returned to us. In some circumstances we will accept photographic evidence as proof of the damages but we reserve the right to ask for the goods to be returned even if photo evidence is submitted.
We will refund the cost of return postage in the case of damaged/defective items (you must provide proof of receipt for delivery charges). Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost the delivery of returned goods.
